Tips to organize your space.
#1. Do something you enjoy EVERY DAY! This will allow you to feel your importance and give something to yourself before you focus on others.
#2. Be gentle with yourself. We all have some clutter and we all feel some resistance to taking care of it. Allow yourself to move forward in small steps. No one is expecting you to take care of it all right now.
#3. Start with 15 minutes of clutter-busting each day. Clearing an area of the kitchen counter, or wash your bathroom sink, or put away the clean clothes. Small steps will give you room to breathe and a touch of accomplishment. Congratulate yourself and breathe deeply. You are on your way to an organized home!
